Netflix began with more focus on sports-related documentaries, like the popular Drive To Survive series, before moving toward live-action sports with one-off events. On June 30, Powerhouse Animation Studios (the studio behind Netflix’s Castlevania) announced signing a first-look deal with the streamer to produce more animated series.
